A lovely gym, full of friendly, welcoming faces. Somewhere you look forward to visiting, and leave with a greater feeling of well-being than when you arrived. A gym that pushes you just far enough to make a difference, but recognises if you don’t always want to go full-out. A place with a variety of classes, equipment, exercise styles and times – there really will be something to suit everyone who comes through the door, whether a keen fitness nut or someone who just wants to start getting a bit more active.

I joined WOW last year at a very sad time of my life having recently lost my husband. I absolutely love it - not just the exercise which is so varied, but I have met such lovely, kind and friendly people, some of which I now meet up with outside WOW. The instructors are very kind and caring too. Has to be the friendliest gym in town.
