MENS FITNESS IS IMPORTANT TOO !!

Did you know we also run three mens circuit workouts each week? The class is available by invitation or referral. Led by one of our female instructors, the gents do a more bootcamp style circuits with a combination of resistance training with dumbbells, battle ropes and our resistance training machines.   As with the ladies sessions, these are also suitable  for different fitness levels and ages.

The vibe is WOWs usual mix of fun and lightheartness.
